Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping is $5 USD per order, and free on orders over $29. Most international orders arrive within 7-21 business days depending on destination.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day no-questions-asked return policy. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is free for defective items.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 7-21 business days worldwide, depending on your location. Orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours of payment.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we send a tracking link by email. You can also track your order anytime on our Order Tracking page using your order ID.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. Refunds go back to the original payment method (PayPal).
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal payments in USD. PayPal buyer protection is included with every purchase. You can pay with your PayPal balance, linked bank account, or credit card through PayPal.

Are all VIVOVA products handcrafted?
Yes, 100% of our products are handcrafted by master artisans in China. Each piece is unique and may have slight variations that reflect its handmade nature.
What materials are used in your products?
We use high-fire ceramic (Jianzhan and hand-painted porcelain), natural wood (sandalwood and other hardwoods), and olive pit for carvings. All materials are selected for quality and cultural authenticity.
Are the designs culturally authentic?
Yes. Our products are made by artisans using traditional techniques passed down through generations. Jianzhan uses Song Dynasty firing methods, hand-painted ceramics follow Jingdezhen underglaze techniques, and olive pit carving follows Suzhou micro-carving traditions.
How do I care for my product?
Care instructions are included with each product. In general, hand wash ceramic items, keep wood products away from prolonged moisture, and handle carvings with care to avoid drops.
Where are your products made?
Our products are made in China by artisan partners. Jianzhan from Jianyang, hand-painted porcelain from Jingdezhen, woodwork and olive pit carvings from Suzhou and Dongyang.
What is Jianzhan tea ware?
Jianzhan is a Chinese black-glazed porcelain from the Song Dynasty (960-1279). The unique crystalline patterns (hare's fur, oil spot, partridge feather) form naturally during 1300°C high-temperature firing, making each piece one of a kind.
